    The CHEW Lifestyle Program

    The CHEW Lifestyle Program is a 3 Month* system that is designed to revolutionize the way you live, starting with the way you eat.  When food changes, everything changes.

    With Jessica's guidance you can expect to see positive changes such as:

    Program Breakdown by Session

    Session 1 – Office Session
    We will discuss your current health situation and health goals then devise a plan to attain your short term and long term goals.  Supplement recommendations will also be addressed.


    Session 2 – Market Magellan
    You don’t have to become a health food store junkie to eat like one. This is a life-changing one on one grocery shopping session where I will assist you in the healthy navigation of any grocery market for the right foods that best suit you and your weight loss goals. (approximately 60 minutes)


    Session 3 – Office Session
    Here we will discuss positive changes, current concerns, monitor progress, deconstruct cravings, and address areas where you may need more support.  Review benefits of the shopping experience. 


    Session 4 – Cooking Experience, Pantry Raid, Kitchen Staging
    Cooking Experience - Don’t become a slave to your kitchen! Enjoy a one on one menu planning and food preparation session where we will prepare, organize, and store the foods from a detailed shopping list, given to you ahead of time, that will allow you to create quick, easy meals and snacks for the entire week.


    Pantry Raid - An innovative way to de-junk your trunk starting with your pantry, refrigerator, or freezer. I will personally go through all the items in your pantry, refrigerator, or freezer and upon eliminating certain items, explain why they are not healthy.


    Kitchen Staging - Make your kitchen work for you.  Having everything where you need it, when you need it makes all the difference when you are creating a healthy lifestyle. 
    (approximately 1-2 Hours)


    Session 5 – Office Session
    Here we will discuss positive changes, current concerns, monitor progress, deconstruct cravings, and address areas where you may need more support.  Review benefits of the cooking session.


    Session 6 - Office Session
    Here we will discuss positive changes, current concerns, monitor progress, deconstruct cravings, and address areas where you may need more support.
    Review entire progress, tracking back to session 1 and how far you have come.  Discuss program continuation if necessary.

    Please Note:
    Sessions are Bi-Weekly
    Office Sessions are up to 60 Minutes
    Unlimited Email Support is Included
    24 Hour Cancellation Notice must be given or a $25 Cancellation Fee will be Charged.

    * The CHEW Lifestyle Program, for most, is a 3 month program. It can be extended based on an individuals needs and progression.
