CHEW in the Kitch – Cooking Class
Learning to cook healthy meals is exciting and empowering. CHEW makes cooking easy and FUN!  We will guide you with the preparation, cooking and serving of healthy meals, and these meals won’t keep you hostage by your kitchen, they take about 1 hour  and can be enjoyed for both lunch and dinner throughout the week using the same 10 ingredients. Phew.

RAW? Yeah Right.
Eating raw food sounds like a crazy concept, but there’s a lot behind this revolution. Consuming more raw foods not only allows the body to assimilate nutrients, enzymes, and phytonutrients, but can also be a creative outlet.
